Service Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Description: The Service Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, responsible for supporting clients throughout the industrial property leasing and sales process. The role includes communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, understanding their property needs, and presenting suitable factory, warehouse, land, and commercial leasing options. The Service Consultant will provide consulting support, prepare basic property information, assist with viewings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Daily activities include handling client inquiries, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to improve service processes and support business growth initiatives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Consulting and Customer Satisfaction skills to understand client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Analytical Skills to review property information, compare options, and support clients in making informed decisions.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, and good working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, industrial properties, or a related business-to-business service environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple client inquiries, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field preferred.
