Service Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Description: The Service Consultant role at Yard Zeal is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual in this role will work closely with clients to understand their industrial and commercial property needs, provide professional consultation, and recommend suitable leasing or sales options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property market research, preparing and presenting property proposals, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Service Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, support negotiations between clients and property owners, and ensure timely follow-up to foster long-term relationships. This position also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and issues, and contributing to service improvements that enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide professional guidance and support to clients.
• Effective Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills for building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Solid Analytical Skills for assessing property options, interpreting market data, and recommending suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial real estate markets in Indonesia is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in relevant office and presentation software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
