What you will do:
50% sales 50% service
- You will supervise students to help them complete their monthly classes and encourage frequent attendance, ensuring positive learning outcomes.
- You will contact paid students or their parents to introduce relevant product upgrades, promotions, or renewal options.
- You will identify up selling opportunities by analyzing customer preferences and class participation trends.
- You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to increase customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- You will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and handle objections in a professional manner.
- You will work towards achieving or exceeding your sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will log all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and continuity.
What makes you a fit:
- Strong track record in sales / renew sales / upselling sales / existing customer sales
- Good at service skills
- Fluent in English (7/10)
- You are coming from education / hospitality / direct to customer industry as a service combine with sales person in one role
- You like to communicate with parents and students
- Minimum 3 years of experience and bachelor degree
