Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visiting stores 5 stores per week / 1- 2 stores per day ( depending on distance )
  • Briefing internal staff every day in all briefing shift.
  • Training the Staff at the store ( related customer service if needed )
  • Regularly briefing (Morning or afternoon briefing)
  • Greeting and serving the customer during half day at the store
  • Responsible to checking all the tolls and infrastructure at the store (creating convenience ambience to customers)
  • Handling complaint at the store ( if any, during visiting the stores )
  • Creating weekly report
  • Analyzing customer shopping trend, preferences, and all data, through surveys
  • Doing a mystery shopper

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Min. 5 years experience in retail / customer service / service ambassador / operation / marketing
  • Willing to work in shifting hours in the stores include Saturday / Sunday
  • Willing to be placed at Samarinda
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service excellence oriented
