Position: Service Advisor
Location: Jakarta
Job Type: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the experiential service reception process and ensure effective delivery
- Achieve monthly operational targets and be accountable for results
- Execute after-sales marketing activities and meet assigned personal goals
- Handle on-site customer complaints in a timely and professional manner; ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the implementation of 5S principles and safety management practices at the service site
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including ad-hoc and temporary tasks
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Automotive Repair or related field
- Background in Marketing Management, Automotive Application & Repair, or Automotive Repair Technology is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service reception in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive structures, service etiquette, and customer reception processes
- Possess a valid driver's license and have proficient driving skills
- Skilled in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
