PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia (Yokke!) is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Server to lead our IT Infrastructure & Operations team, driving server infrastructure, storage, backup systems, and operational excellence.
We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Experiences 3-4 years as IT infrastructure / server management
- Experiences as a team lead / people manager
- Strong knowledge of server systems, storage, backup, and virtualization
- Familiar with Unix/Linux, Oracle DB, and SAN switch
- Professional certifications related to server or storage systems will be an advantage
What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee server capacity planning, storage, and backup systems
- Develop server and storage technology strategies and roadmaps
- Lead the server team, including development, management, and operational activities
- Ensure server operations run effectively and align with business needs
- Monitor team performance and provide leadership in continuous improvement initiatives
