Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SEM Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for improving our search engine visibility, managing paid advertising campaigns, and driving qualified traffic that supports business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize strategies, analyze performance, and ensure maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Plan, implement, and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and targeting for better performance and ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO & SEM trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and design teams to ensure SEO/SEM best practices are applied.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as SEO/SEM Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Ads / PPC management.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
