Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team crafts and executes strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

About the role:

As the SEO Marketing Manager for New Market Expansion, you'll be our market launcher for organic growth, responsible for taking our SEO presence from 0 to 1 in new countries. This is a true foundational role: you'll build our strategy from the ground up, establishing the initial organic footprint required for customer acquisition. Your success is measured by your ability to validate new markets by generating qualified organic traffic that converts into online signups and quality leads.

You'll collaborate closely with the rest of our team, leaning on people like our Product Marketing Managers and our Global Product teams to gather or validate local insights that could make powerful content opportunities. You'll report to Aspire's Global SEO Marketing Manager (based in Serbia) and work alongside a team of specialists who deliver content, creative production, and website updates. This will be a hands-on role, and you will be expected to be an individual contributor and manage freelancers and agencies to deliver ambitious goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market SEO strategy for each new international market, from initial research to successful launch.
  • Own the delivery of organic growth (search & LLMs) in our emerging markets, identifying foundational content opportunities that resonate with new customers.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and keyword research to build a prioritized content roadmap that validates market viability.
  • Manage the initial content production by working with internal teams and external resources to publish our foundational content.
  • Drive the generation of qualified online signups and leads to acquire our first customers and prove the potential of new regions.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on initial market performance, providing clear, data-backed recommendations on future investment and strategy.
  • Become an expert on the nuances of each new target audience, deeply understanding our product's value proposition in different cultural contexts.
  • Share critical market insights with the rest of the marketing and product teams to inform broader global campaigns and company strategy.
  • Utilize tools like Ahrefs for research, opportunity forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and processes to ensure all launch activities remain compliant.

About you

  • Strategically minded and able to understand how to shape a plan to deliver results
  • Curious by nature, you spot problems and identify solutions on your own
  • Highly process-driven, analytical, and conscientious
  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in SEO and understand best practices already
  • You're experienced in the use of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4)
  • Preferably based in India (understanding of the startup scene is a plus) and have experience in launching the new markets
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to write, edit, and refine content to a high standard.
  • Ability to understand Aspire's needs and organize workstreams and projects with clear timelines and deliverables
  • A background in a B2B company would be a significant advantage
  • You should be a hands-on, growth-mindset, target and deadline driven team-player
