President University is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking SEO & Web Developer Staff to strengthen our digital presence and support student recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the education industry and stays up to date with the latest digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize the university website to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly experience
- Implement and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve search engine rankings
- Conduct keyword research aligned with academic programs and student search behavior
- Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to create SEO-driven content
- Ensure website content reflects current trends in higher education and digital engagement
- Perform regular website audits and technical improvements (speed, security, indexing, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in SEO and website development (portfolio is a plus)
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with current digital trends, especially in the education or higher education industry
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in education institutions or handling education-related digital campaigns
- Understanding of student journey, digital marketing funnel, and content strategy
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
