Job Description:

  • Work closely with the SEO team lead and members, the regional SEO team, and other cross-functional teams to provide/execute SEO best practices.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Conduct competitive site analysis.
  • Create compelling and well-optimized content for our website, blog posts, articles, and other digital platforms.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and tone.
  • Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases strategically into content while maintaining readability and natural flow.
  • Develop content strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase website visibility.
  • Monitor SEO performance with key metrics and able to present trends and insights.
  • Develop and implement the link-building strategy.
  • Drive SEO traffic in content creation through blog and microsite.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Other SEO tasks and duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to target different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free, grammatically correct content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of On-page, Off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experienced in using SEO and website analytics tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog,, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in large data set manipulation and processing with spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Experienced with team management is a plus.
