  • Lead SEO performance for 2 biggest credit product under Monee
  • Own SEO strategy and execution across landing pages, blog articles, FAQ, and Help Center content
  • Manage keyword cluster strategy, search intent, and on-page optimization
  • Improve organic visibility, traffic, impressions, and keyword rankings
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
  • Work with content and cross-functional stakeholders to support SEO goals
  • Analyze SEO performance data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Support search visibility across traditional search and generative search / AI Overviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO or content SEO experience
  • Have experience in AEO and GEO for at least 1 year
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy and execution across landing pages, blog / article content, FAQ, and Help Center pages
  • Strong understanding of keyword clusters, search intent, content optimization, and competitor analysis
  • Experience improving organic traffic, impressions, and keyword rankings
  • Familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb, and Google Search Console
  • Able to analyze SEO data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Familiar with SEO for emerging search formats, including generative search / AI Overviews
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred
  • Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
