Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

Plan and execute sensory tests for new and existing products.
Prepare samples and ensure proper testing conditions in accordance with sensory evaluation standards.
Recruit, train, and manage internal or external panelists for sensory evaluation.
Analyze sensory data using appropriate statistical methods and interpret results into actionable insights.
Monitor product consistency and support quality control through sensory validation.
Document test results and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in food technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sensory evaluation or product development within the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of sensory science methodologies and test design.
Good with statistical analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, XLSTAT, Minitab).
Knowledge of food quality standards and basic food processing is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage sensory panels and work collaboratively across functions.
Willing to work in laboratory and production settings.
