Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SENSEI, located in Cirebon, Indonesia. The SENSEI will lead and deliver martial arts training sessions, provide instruction in various disciplines, including Taekwondo, Boxing, and Kickboxing, and design training programs tailored to the abilities and goals of participants. The SENSEI will be responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring safety, and fostering discipline and respect within the training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Japanese Language Education, or related fields
• Experience in internship programs in Japan, Tokutei Ginou, or prior work/study experience in Japan is highly preferred
• Japanese language proficiency minimum JLPT N3 or above
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture and work ethics
• Good communication skills and teaching attitude
• Patient, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments
• Willing to follow academic standards and institutional curriculum
• Willing to be placed and teach on-site in Cirebon
• Full-time availability is preferred
