Job Description

Responsibilities

Work closely with back-end team to shape data contracts, optimize integrations, and unblock each other during development.
Design, implement, and maintain user-facing web applications, integrating seamlessly with REST/GraphQL back-end APIs.
Define and evolve the front-end architecture (component structure, state management, routing, build pipeline).
Rapid-prototype with Product & Design to validate UX and technical feasibility before full build-out.
Build lightweight proofs-of-concept for R&D ideas and harden successful spikes into production-ready code.
Establish and enforce coding standards, automated linting, and rigorous code-review practices.
Implement and keep green unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in the CI/CD pipeline.
Monitor and improve performance (LCP, CLS, TTI) and ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility.
Triage, debug, and resolve production issues, driving root-cause fixes to protect long-term code health.
Coach and mentor junior engineers through pair programming, 1-on-1s, and actionable feedback.
Collaborate in agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, retros) to break down and estimate work and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with Marketing to ship SEO-friendly, performant landing pages and maintain the public style guide.
Evaluate emerging front-end technologies (e.g., React Server Components, WebAssembly) and pilot adoption where they add clear value.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in web development.
Strong technical background in executing frontend application development.
Experienced in performance optimization, responsive design for desktop and mobile devices, and API integration.
Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
Teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Takes pride in developing high-quality and efficient software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job and adapt to different technologies.
Proficiency in
Web app development with React.js and JavaScript.
HTML and CSS to develop and maintain company websites.
Git and GitHub.
GIMP or another graphical editor.
Development tools including build tools, npm, git, CI/CD tools, and browser developer tools.
