Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with a performance-marketing mindset to build, optimize, and scale high-converting websites and landing pages for multiple brands across industries. This role sits at the intersection of design, development, analytics, and growth marketing.

You'll work closely with performance marketers, designers, and strategists to create fast, SEO-friendly, conversion-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-converting websites & landing pages for marketing campaigns
  • Build and optimize landing pages for Meta, Google, TikTok, and PMax campaigns
  • Implement and manage tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags)
  • Optimize websites for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO
  • Ensure clean handoff between ads landing page CRM
  • Integrate third-party tools (forms, chat widgets, booking engines, CRMs)
  • Debug issues affecting conversion rate, tracking accuracy, or performance
  • Maintain staging/live environments and backups
  • Collaborate with performance teams on A/B testing and CRO improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or custom landing page frameworks
  • Solid understanding of conversion-focused UX & CRO principles
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
  • Experience optimizing for page speed & mobile performance
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical SEO basics)
  • Proficiency with Git/version control
  • Ability to manage multiple client websites simultaneously
Preferred
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or performance agency
  • Basic backend knowledge (PHP, Node.js, or similar)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize alternatives, VWO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, ClickUp, Zapier)
  • Knowledge of hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, CDN setups
  • Understanding of UTM tracking & attribution
