Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
• Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements :

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor especially for raw materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Experienced in using and assisting with the development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently lead and manage a warehouse team of at least 20 operators.
• Willing to work from our factory located in Subang, West Java.
