Qualifications:

• Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Film & Production, or any related field
• Has minimum 2-3 years of experiences in video editing
• Proficient in video editing software (CapCut is a must, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro is bonus)
• Knowledge of basic color grading, sound design, and motion graphic composition
• Skilled in shooting using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and understanding lighting setups
• Familiar with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, 16:9 long-form)
• Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and brand aesthetics (beauty/fashion background preferred)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of delivering fast-paced content within tight deadline
• Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Produce an excellent video output which are align with Scarlett aesthetic value and brand guidelines
• Produce various content types such as behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and campaign documentation.
• Translate creative and campaign concepts into engaging, storytelling-based visual content.
• Repurpose and optimize master materials for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in line with platform trends.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all video outputs (tone, color, pacing, typography).
• Organize and archive video assets for efficient reuse and reference.
• Provide filming and editing support during events, activations, and product launches.
