Job Description

About the Job

Altryon, Inc. is the data center development company of Cebron Financial Group, Inc. Altryon develops full-stack AI data center campuses integrated with dedicated behind-the-meter power generation. Our thesis is direct: the long-term economic value of AI deployment accrues to infrastructure owners. We develop, own, and operate campuses in markets where reliable firm power is scarce and AI-driven compute demand is accelerating, with development activity across Africa, India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North America.

Southeast Asia is a priority development region. Our primary target markets are Indonesia and the Philippines, with Malaysia and additional Southeast Asian markets evaluated on a selective basis. In these markets, enterprise digitization, cloud adoption, and AI deployment are driving compute demand that grid infrastructure cannot reliably serve, and firm power commands a structural premium. Campuses are sized from 5 MW to 200 MW and delivered on a phased development basis.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Center Development – Southeast Asia, based in Jakarta, Manila, or Kuala Lumpur, to lead the origination and execution of our Southeast Asian development pipeline, with Indonesia and the Philippines as the primary markets.

Origination is the core of this mandate. Across the region's established hubs, available land and grid capacity are being absorbed by well-capitalized platforms, and the next generation of campuses will be built on sites that a disciplined developer finds first. You will build and run a proprietary sourcing process across Indonesia and the Philippines: identifying campus sites, uncovering power-anchored opportunities that are not on the open market, and converting the strongest of them into controlled positions. From there, you will own the full pre-construction lifecycle through power path validation and interconnection feasibility, delivering fully de-risked, construction-ready projects.

What You Will Do

Site and Opportunity Origination

–     Build and own a proprietary pipeline of campus sites and development opportunities across Indonesia and the Philippines, with selective coverage of Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets, maintaining a continuously replenished funnel from initial identification through site control

–     Lead country-level market screening, integrating demand signals, power sector conditions, regulatory posture, foreign investment and landholding rules, and political risk into disciplined go/no-go recommendations that determine where origination effort is deployed

–     Build and direct a network of land brokers, local counsel, surveyors, and site consultants in each target market to identify parcels with credible proximity to power interconnection, fiber routes, subsea cable landing stations, and end-market demand

–     Originate opportunities beyond the open land market, including special economic zones, ecozones and IT parks, industrial estates, brownfield and legacy power generation sites, and the landholdings of telecom operators, tower companies, and industrial conglomerates

–     Identify power-anchored opportunities where firm generation already exists or can be co-located, including independent power producers with uncontracted capacity, geothermal operators, gas and LNG-to-power developers, industrial operators with captive generation, and renewable developers with expansion capacity

–     Engage directly with private landowners, estate and zone operators, and generation owners to structure site access through options, conditional agreements, long-term leases, and joint development arrangements, with all engagement involving state-owned counterparties conducted through approved counsel

–     Structure site control within each market's foreign landholding framework, including long-term lease and land-rights arrangements where foreign ownership of land is restricted

–     Apply a consistent site scoring framework covering power path, interconnection, land and title, fiber, water and cooling, permitting, natural hazard exposure, and demand proximity to rank opportunities and concentrate diligence spend on the highest-conviction sites

–     Report pipeline status to Altryon leadership on a disciplined cadence, including stage-gate position, capital at risk, and expected conversion timeline for every opportunity

Development Execution

–     Assess power availability at each candidate site, including grid capacity, utility reliability, tariff structures, and the feasibility of dedicated behind-the-meter and captive generation (gas, geothermal, solar plus storage, hybrid configurations) under each market's licensing regime

–     Lead interconnection feasibility analysis, engaging national utilities, transmission operators, and regulators (PLN and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in Indonesia; NGCP, Meralco, the Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Department of Energy in the Philippines; TNB and the Energy Commission in Malaysia) to validate interconnection pathways, timelines, and cost

–     Secure site control through options and conditional agreements while running parallel diligence on title, land rights, permitting, environmental and social clearance, and fiber connectivity

–     Build and manage relationships with utilities, energy ministries, regulators, and permitting and investment promotion authorities, working through approved Singapore-headquartered energy and projects counsel and Altryon's Strategic Advisory Council

–     Coordinate with EPC partners and generation OEMs on constructability, delivery timelines, and cost benchmarks during pre-development

–     Prepare projects for offtake engagement, ensuring every site presented to telcos, banks, governments, and enterprise customers carries a validated power path and delivery timeline

–     Represent Altryon with development finance institutions and co-investment partners on project-level diligence

What You Bring

–     12+ years in power, energy, or digital infrastructure development in Southeast Asia, with direct experience taking projects from origination through site control and interconnection

–     A proven origination record: a demonstrable history of personally sourcing, screening, and securing control of infrastructure sites and development opportunities, including off-market and negotiated transactions

–     An established sourcing network of landowners, land brokers, estate and ecozone operators, generation owners, and local counsel in Indonesia, the Philippines, or both

–     Demonstrated expertise in grid interconnection processes, utility engagement, and power procurement in Indonesia or the Philippines, with experience in a second Southeast Asian market strongly preferred

–     Deep familiarity with Southeast Asian power sector structures, including IPP frameworks, PPA negotiation and bankability, retail competition and open access arrangements, single-buyer utility models, and captive generation licensing

–     Hands-on experience with title and land-rights diligence, foreign landholding restrictions, and permitting in complex jurisdictions

–     Established relationships with utilities, regulators, energy ministries, or development finance institutions (ADB, IFC, DFC, and JICA ecosystem preferred)

–     Working knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and DFI environmental and social diligence requirements

–     Rigorous compliance posture, with direct experience operating under FCPA and UK Bribery Act standards

–     Fluency in English required; Bahasa Indonesia or Filipino strongly preferred; Malay an advantage

–     Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, Manila, or Kuala Lumpur, with regular travel across the region

Why This Role

You will be a founding development leader for Altryon's Southeast Asian platform. The region's first wave of data center development concentrated in a small number of hubs, where land and grid capacity are now largely spoken for. The next wave is moving into Indonesia and the Philippines, where power availability, grid readiness, and permitting remain the binding constraints. That gap between compute demand and deliverable firm power is the opportunity, and it is exactly what Altryon's power-first model is built to close.

The sites that can close that gap are scarce, and the best of them will never reach a broker's listing. The executive who finds and controls them first defines the platform. You will be instrumental in recommending where Altryon builds, shape how projects are structured, and determine how the Southeast Asian platform scales.

Compensation

This is a principal-level package, not a salaried staff role. Compensation is built around direct participation in the value you create, and origination is rewarded directly:

–     Profit-sharing bonus pool with sponsor-promote-style participation in project-level economics on every project you originate and deliver, from site control through stabilization

–     Milestone bonuses at defined development gates, including site control, interconnection agreement, offtake execution, and financial close

–     Equity participation in Altryon, Inc., aligning you with the value of the platform itself, not only individual projects

–     Base compensation commencing with the first development project, with the profit-sharing and equity components structured to significantly outperform a conventional salaried package as the platform scales

The structure is designed for a builder: an executive who would rather own a meaningful share of the outcomes they deliver than collect a fee for attendance.
