Senior Venture Architect Job Description

Wright Partners are growing! We are looking to add to our teams across multiple SEA locations including Jakarta by hiring Senior Venture Architects to play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will get exposure to manage a team on building end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of the venture you work on within a team of specialists. Individuals who succeed in this role are curious by nature, like to take ownership, and have the drive to make a significant impact through their actions.

Roles & Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end entire streams of Venture design
• Ensure quality of work of Venture Architect on activities related to Sr. Venture Architect streams
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Analyze the market's value chain, cost structure, and profit pools.
• develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers.
• crate and have a go-to-market plan.
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to serve the venture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g. MBA)
• Min. 4 years of work experience as a Strategy analyst or senior consultant
• Experienced in executing projects from the ideation up to the execution
• Experienced in commercial strategy, market sizing, and monetization
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
