About The Role
Our client is looking for a
Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape the product experience of their AI-powered construction platform. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and industry experts to design intuitive web interfaces, contribute to product direction, and strengthen their design system. As the first designer in Indonesia, youll collaborate directly with US-based teams and have a meaningful impact on product design quality.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive web interfaces for AI-powered construction tools.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into scalable design solutions.
- Own end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
- Improve design systems, components, and documentation.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to iterate based on technical constraints.
- Present and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years UI/UX experience in web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web product design.
- Expert in Figma and design systems.
- Experience with complex workflows and responsive design.
- Fluent English communication.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Able to work with partial overlap in US Pacific Time (UTC-8).
- Indonesian Citizen
