Senior UI/ UX Designer

Job desc:

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
3. Build interface design elements (i.e menus, tabs and widgets, nav bar, search button)
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6. Present design to internal teams and key stakeholders
7. Design testing
8. Conduct UT

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience as a UI/UX Designer, able to translate business requirements into UI UX design
2. Has experience as a graphic designer role is a plus
3. Have experience in gamification/loyalty features (poin plus)
4. Have 4-5 years of UI/UX experience
5. Able to use wireframe tools (i.e figma)
6. Strong communication skills and able to give design justification
7. Creative thinker, able to build design from scratch
8. Great time management, able to deliver UI UX design with quality and timely manner
9. Fully remote, with onsite attendance in Yogyakarta required 1–2 times per month
10. Fluent English
