Trade Marketing Strategy Development: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade marketing strategies tailored to key channels, including offline and online retail, dealers, and distributors to enhance product visibility, drive consumer engagement, and increase sales performance across all retail and distribution touchpoints.
Channel Program Execution: Plan and execute retail activation programs, POSM deployment, support in-store promotions and merchandising plans. Collaborate closely with sales team to customize initiatives based on channel needs and performance.
POSM & Promotional Material Development: Manage the end-to-end POSM development, production, and distribution in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure materials meet branding guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
Coordinate offline material readiness and ensure timely setup of in-store displays across targeted retail locations. Assist Marketing Manager and work closely with sales team to negotiate and manage store-level resource bartering such as in-store placements, endcap visibility, or branded zones. Ensure efficient budget usage with a clear focus on ROI.
Event Management: Support the planning and execution of offline events including exhibitions, dealer workshops, and roadshows. Ensure timely coordination, brand consistency, and post-event performance review.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key trade marketing KPIs including ROI, campaign reach, execution compliance, and competitor activity. Generate monthly reports and provide data-driven suggestions for future improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Proficiency in English is required.
13 years of experience in trade marketing or project management preferably with hands-on involvement in marketing strategy, digital advertising, exhibitions, retail activation, or off-platform e-commerce promotions.
Self-motivated, passionate about marketing, quick-thinking, eager to learn, and strong in execution with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in office software and results-driven, with a strong sense of service and team collaboration.
Willing to travel for business within Indonesia or overseas as required.
