What will you do:

• Implement and adhere to customer-standard operating procedures to ensure order process efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and track order progress to guarantee timely deliveries and meet customer expectations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
• Address driver concerns, challenges, and feedback to boost driver satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle and manage operational claims that arise during shipments.
• Coordinate and optimize the recovery process for any losses or damages, minimizing financial impact.

What are the requirements:

• Candidates must be possess at least S1 any field
• Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Having great skills in English is advantages
• Having good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Having good analytical thinking & problem solving
• Data driven and data mindset
• Having good MS.Excel skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
