Senior Test Engineer

Key Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly testing processes.
2. Proven experience in conducting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
3. Ability to create test cases, develop test plans, monitor test execution, and manage defects effectively.
4. Proficient in API testing, Postman, SoapUI, SQL, webMethods Integration Server, and Bitbucket.
5. Familiar with QA and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar platforms.
6. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as UFT, Katalon, and Playwright.
7. Skilled in preparing testing reports and tracking testing progress.

1. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, business users, and project managers.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage testing timelines effectively.
4. Demonstrates leadership, ownership, and strong teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of experience in the banking industry or working with digital channels/platforms.
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
