This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of presales, solution architecture and hands-on technical delivery. You will work directly with enterprise clients across Southeast Asia, helping them understand how a world-class data platform and integration technology can solve their most complex data and interoperability challenges.

This is not a purely presales role. You will be expected to design, build and demonstrate solutions, write code, lead technical workshops, architect enterprise-grade implementations and act as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels of their organisation. Regular travel across Southeast Asia is required.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical engagement with enterprise clients across the full sales and delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery through to proof of concept, implementation and go-live
- Design and build proof of concepts that demonstrate the capability, performance and suitability of the platform for client environments
- Recommend technical architecture, database schema, design patterns, migration strategies and operational best practices tailored to client needs
- Participate in business and technical discussions at all levels of client organisations, including C-suite, architects and development teams
- Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and support the broader commercial team in developing pipeline
- Install and configure software, assist with benchmarking and determine optimal deployment configurations
- Act as a hands-on lead developer when working with partners and prospects on technically complex or early-stage projects
- Deliver formal training courses and corporate presentations at client sites, marketing events and industry forums
- Support clients through beta and pre-launch programmes and provide structured feedback to product and development teams
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and validate solution designs
- Document and share best practice knowledge across the team and with the wider client community
- Advocate for process improvements and contribute to internal capability development
- Provide consulting support across sales, marketing, support and development functions as needed
What We Are Looking For
Technical depth
- Strong hands-on programming experience in one or more object-oriented languages such as Java, C# or C++, with demonstrable current expertise
- Solid Python development skills
- Extensive experience with two or more enterprise databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Informix or DB2, covering schema design, SQL, JDBC/ODBC, installation, configuration and performance tuning
- Experience with application frameworks, application servers and serverless programming models
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies including Generative AI, LLM integration, Agentic AI systems and applied machine learning frameworks
Architecture and integration knowledge
- Broad knowledge of enterprise IT including integration, cloud and data platform trends
- Specific experience across integration disciplines including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL and BI
- Ongoing experience in the design, development and deployment of complex enterprise applications
- Knowledge of agile software development processes and continuous delivery
Healthcare IT (desirable)
- Experience with clinical systems, electronic patient records, health information exchange and healthcare interoperability protocols
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR and IHE standards
Soft skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong business analysis and problem solving skills
- Understanding of the commercial considerations of application development, deployment and support
- Excellent analytical skills and English language fluency
Education
Degree in Computing, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university.
