Senior Tax Manager

Are you a seasoned tax professional with strong leadership and strategic tax expertise SKINTIFIC is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax operations, ensure compliance, drive tax planning initiatives, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax strategy, planning, and compliance activities across the organization.
• Oversee tax filings, audits, and tax risk management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial reporting.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Strengthen tax governance, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop the tax team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of tax experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, tax planning, compliance, and audits.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Available to join immediately is a plus.
• Able to follow a WFO setting.
