Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Tax Manager to join our team on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will oversee all facets of tax functions, including compliance, strategy, and reporting. Responsibilities include managing tax planning and preparation, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and staying up-to-date with relevant tax laws. Additionally, the Senior Tax Manager will lead and mentor the tax team while collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize tax operations.

Job Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
2. Expertise in Tax Preparation processes and techniques
3. Expertise in Tax Audits, Objections and Disputes with the Directorate General of Taxes
4. Strong knowledge of Tax Law and its application
5. In-depth understanding of general Tax principles
6. Proven leadership and team management skills
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
10. Previous experience in a senior tax role, ideally in a corporate or multinational environment
11. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
