Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end talent placement processes for Maxy Academy graduates with hiring partners.
  • Develop and execute placement strategies aligned with industry demand and business targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for mid-to-senior level talent and corporate hiring partners.
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with partner companies.
  • Understand partner hiring needs and translate them into clear talent requirements.
  • Conduct talent profiling, assessment, and readiness evaluation (skills, attitude, and cultural fit).
  • Recommend suitable talent based on competency, readiness, and company needs.
  • Collaborate with curriculum and mentoring teams to ensure talent job readiness.
  • Manage recruitment stages including CV screening, interviews, user coordination, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a liaison between talent, partner companies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle offer alignment, salary negotiation, and placement closing processes.
  • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
  • Monitor placement performance metrics such as placement rate, time-to-hire, and retention.
  • Prepare regular placement reports and insights for management.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior talent placement team members.
  • Develop and maintain placement SOPs and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, sales, partnership, operations, and academic teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in talent placement, recruitment, HR, or career services.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment or talent placement processes.
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes, talent assessment, and interview techniques.
  • Experience working with corporate partners or hiring clients.
  • Ability to manage mid to senior-level candidates and complex placement cases.
  • Solid knowledge of salary benchmarking and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret placement and hiring data.
  • Experience in education, training, bootcamp, or talent accelerator environment is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with curriculum, sales, operations, and HR teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience with junior team members.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, ATS, CRM, or recruitment tools.
  • working proficiency in English is required.
