Job Description

As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will drive learning and development programs for all employees, and manage talent management initiatives focused on high-potential employees. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training and talent needs, build curriculum and development plans, and deliver programs that grow individual and organizational capability.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for identifying high-potential employees.
  • Build and track individual development plans for high-potential talent.
  • Coordinate talent review cycles and support succession planning by tracking readiness and development progress of key talent pools.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of L&D and talent programs, recommending improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful programs.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with talent management concepts such as high-potential identification, individual development plans, and succession planning for high-potential populations.
  • Proven ability to design and implement diverse learning approaches, including classroom, e-learning, virtual, and blended formats.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrates a strong AI-driven mindset by proactively exploring and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design, talent processes, and overall program effectiveness.
