We are looking for a Senior Functional Solution Analyst to join our Core Banking team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background—especially in system engineering, database management, and testing—who is ready to step into a functional analysis role.

MALAYSIAN ONLY

Type: Permanent / Full-time

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Translate business requirements into functional system specifications

Analyse system impact and design integration flows

Develop test strategies and manage UAT / SIT

Provide post-implementation production support

Lead Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution

Coordinate system deployments and health monitoring

Create technical documentation, user manuals & SOPs

Conduct end-user training sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

10+ years total IT experience

5+ years in functional analysis OR system engineering

Strong background in database management (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)

Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT & test script creation

Solid understanding of system integration & infrastructure

Experience in banking / financial services (big plus!)

ITIL® certified (advantageous)

Excellent communication & documentation skills

Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Engineering or related field
