Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the Bank has Policies and Procedures in accordance with the provisions of the regulator (BI/OJK/relevant institutions), including making new, revising, updating, administering, and socializing through the Bank's official communication media.
  • Provide support to all units for the formulation of Policies and Procedures related to Bank operations as well as standards and hierarchy of provisions, including coordinating and consolidating issues, responding to internal and external audit findings related to Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide advice/input (advisory) to management related to operations, processes, organization, development/improvement for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with regulators.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations (especially treasury and lending activities) and associated risks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes and identify control weaknesses.
  • Organized, methodical, ability to perform multiple tasks.
