Company Description Bina Nusantara IT Division is part of BINUS UNIVERSITY and the broader BINA NUSANTARA Group, providing integrated IT support across academic and business operations. Established as an IT Directorate in 2005, it reports directly to the BINA NUSANTARA Foundation, reflecting its strategic role in the organization. The division is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT solutions that enhance academic processes and support services for all BINUS business units. Led by an IT Director, the IT Directorate is based at the Syahdan campus in Jakarta, with offices located on the 2nd floor of the H Building. Prospective team members will join a technology-focused environment that supports education, innovation, and organizational growth.
Role Description The Senior System Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving information systems that support BINUS UNIVERSITY and the BINA NUSANTARA Group. The role includes gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The Senior System Analyst will review existing systems and processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and support implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Daily tasks also involve troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with developers and vendors, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational standards and user needs. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful IT initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues and optimize system performance.
• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with enterprise systems, databases, and integration concepts.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in system analysis, solution design, or IT consulting, ideally within education or large organizations, is beneficial.
• Experience with project coordination, documentation (BRD, SRS, use cases), and testing support is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
