As our Senior Supply Chain & PPIC, you will be the core engine behind Velixir Parfum's domestic dominance and aggressive global expansion. Managing a fast-moving supply chain with multi-variant product lines, you will oversee high-volume manufacturing coordination, complex raw material forecasting, and global inventory allocation. Your primary mission is to ensure flawless product availability for both our explosive domestic demand and rapidly growing international distribution networks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sophisticated material requirement plans (MRP) and production schedules to support high-frequency, massive-volume product launches and restocks.
- Mastermind the demand forecasting models by integrating sales velocity data from domestic channels and international distributors.
- Strategically allocate finished goods across global and local warehouses to optimize stock availability and prevent fulfillment bottlenecks during high-traffic distribution waves.
- Manage end-to-end communication, production timelines, and quality control with multiple third-party manufacturers and component vendors to compress lead times.
- Forecast and secure long-term pipeline supplies for critical raw materials (fragrance oils, specialized packaging, custom bottles) to mitigate global supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize Total Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), tracking production efficiency, and maintaining lean but high-security stock buffers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a highly analytical field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of solid experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, or Operations, with a proven track record in high-growth FMCG, Cosmetics, or Beauty brands handling multi-billion scale production.
- Expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex forecasting models, data modeling) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong experience in managing complex Bill of Materials (BOM) involving cross-border sourcing, custom components, and multi-variant product portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and crisis-management skills to handle tight manufacturing deadlines and sudden demand spikes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to effectively coordinate with international distributors and global logistics partners.
