This position to govern Oral Care engineering team for toothpaste and mouthwash operation in MYM Indonesia. Focus on team management, work management, and documentation work for engineering fitter operation and machine maintenance work.
Job Descriptions
- Manage engineering fitter team to support production
- Develop instruction, and cGMP document for engineering fitter work
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance for production equipment and machinery together with machine operators.
- monitor and report spare part inventory control
- Perform improvement for safety, quality, productivity, from engineering perspective
Requirements
- Min. bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of working experiences as Supervisor level in Engineering field
- Having experiences in personal care industry is preferred
