Job Description:

Define, lead, and execute process improvement and expansion initiatives within the project period to drive nationwide operational scalability.
Coordinate and support ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure effective, on-time project implementation through cross-departmental collaboration.
Monitor key operational metrics to track and report business progress and project implementation milestones regularly.
Translate operational data and project insights into structured, actionable execution strategies to meet project deadlines.
Establish clear project timelines and resource allocations to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or other quantitative-based majors from a top-tier university (an MBA is a highly preferred plus).
Has 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in a project management or strategy role within a technology startup, or top-tier management consulting firm.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, expansion, and execution in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint, for metric tracking and executive reporting.
Strong business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to act as an independent contributor with a highly proactive, resilient, and can-do attitude.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.
