Job Description

Requirements :

• Have more than 5 (five) years of work experience

• Extensive connections and communication networks within the Central and Regional Governments (both at the West Java Provincial and Karawang

Regency levels)

• Understanding of basic regulations, certifications, and licensing for manufacturing companies (e.g, TKDN, Business Licence, etc)

• Understanding of basic regulations related to new and renewable energy and the electric vehicle ecosystem.

• Good external communication and literacy skills

• Social media management

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Able to speak Mandarin (not required)

Responsibility :

• Responsible for build and managing relationships with government institutions, regulators, and industrial authorities. Monitor and advocacy for

regulatory changes affecting manufacturing, battery, environmental, and foreign investment sectors

• Manage strategic engagement with key stakeholders (Industrial Parks, local communities, government leaders, Karawang Ecosystem, business

associations), oversee media relations, public communication, CSR initiatives, and communication materials to align organizational goals and foster

community trust and transparency

• Supports regulatory monitoring, policy research, and development of policy analysis materials. Assist in preparing company position papers and

responses during public consultations

• Provides administrative and operational support for government engagement, licensing, and regulatory communication at national, provincial, and

local levels
