Senior Staff Brand & Customer Experience - Bali

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain Varnion's image and reputation both internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed reports following client visits.
• Oversee client cases and requests until fully resolved, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
• Assist with processes and take charge of Varnion events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in customer experience, marketing, client relations, or related fields.
• Strong communication and writing skill in English
• Good understanding in marketing strategy
• Possess pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in marketing
