Job Purpose

Serve as an emerging technology and digital innovation specialist supporting the ETIP Pillar Head in identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and piloting innovative technology solutions across the holding company and its operating subsidiaries. This role manages the enterprise innovation pipeline — from technology scouting and business case development through Proof of Concept (PoC) delivery — and orchestrates the adoption of AI, IoT, Digital Twin, and industrial digital platforms to deliver tangible business value, while ensuring each proven solution transitions cleanly into production ownership under the relevant technology and application pillars.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Scouting & Roadmap Execution: Identify and assess emerging technology trends (such as AI/GenAI, IoT, Industry 4.0, and Digital Twin) to support the development of enterprise innovation horizons and technology roadmaps.
Use Case Assessment & Business Case Development: Capture digital and innovation use cases from subsidiaries; conduct requirements assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI modeling to build compelling investment justifications.
Innovation Portfolio & Prioritization: Manage the enterprise innovation pipeline — maintain the portfolio of ideas, pilots, and experiments; prioritize innovation opportunities based on strategic value, feasibility, and resource availability; and recommend go/no-go decisions on pilot continuation or scale-up.
PoC & Solution Design Delivery: Lead the hands-on design, testing, and evaluation of PoC and pilot projects — including detailed solution design for digital products and emerging technology use cases — monitor pilot performance against defined parameters, and ensure a structured handover to ITGO/EBSA at production readiness.
Innovation Architecture & Governance: Develop reference architectures for emerging technologies and digital platforms in alignment with enterprise architecture standards; assess cybersecurity, privacy, and technology risks of new solutions; and apply innovation governance frameworks and funding mechanisms.
Industrial AI, Digital Twin & Smart Operations Enablement: Pilot and enable smart operations, industrial analytics, digital twin, and connected OT/IT solutions to optimize industrial processes — aligning each initiative with the relevant business process and transformation objectives.
Ecosystem Collaboration & Partner Engagement: Coordinate and manage day-to-day collaboration with technology vendors, digital partners, startups, and academic institutions.
Value Tracking & Technology Adoption: Define and monitor innovation metrics/KPIs, track post-implementation benefits realization, and facilitate change management to drive technology adoption across operating entities.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering fields
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Digital Transformation projects.
Proven experience in delivering business transformation initiatives, managing innovation/IT pilots, or exposure to enterprise architecture.
Industry exposure to mining, energy, natural resources, or heavy industry is preferred.
Experience in a top-tier Technology / Management Consulting firm is an added value.
Certifications (1 of the following preferred): COBIT, TOGAF, Six Sigma Green Belt, or professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture / AI.
Strong technical domain knowledge in emerging tech (AI/GenAI, Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, Digital Twin).
Solid skills in project management, presentation, financial analysis, and business case modeling.
