Job Description

Notice period - 0-30 days max
Please Note - This is BE heavy role (BE 70 to 80% % FE 30 to 20%)
4-7 years of professional software engineering experience
● Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams
● Strong expertise in:
○ React.js and frontend architecture
○ Node.js backend systems and API design
○ AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
● Deep understanding of:
○ System design and scalability
○ Data modeling and performance
○ Security and privacy considerations
● Hands-on experience with:
○ CI/CD pipelines
○ Production monitoring and incident response
● Strong decision-making and communication skills
● Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging
● Drive automation and tooling improvements that reduce cognitive load, improve developer
experience, and maintain system correctness.
Nice-to-Have
● Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains
● Experience working with Kubernetes or distributed systems
● Prior experience working closely with compliance or regulatory requirements
