Role Description

This is a full time role for a Senior Software Engineer. The candidate will lead the development of scalable and secure digital solutions pivotal to delivering KC's innovative platform. Responsibilities include designing and developing CX/DX systems, programming, and collaborating on full-stack engineering architecture with the Engineering Lead and cross-functional team to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
• Experience with CX/DX Development and Software Development
• Familiarity with context engineering and AI-assisted development
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and scalable software design
• Previous internship or project experience in related fields is a plus
