Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Weare looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Formulatrix Indonesia, a leading technology company based in Salatiga, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions that power our innovative products.

What you'll be doing

Design scalable and high-quality code and tackle technical challenges with smart solutions. You will also troubleshoot issues, collaborate with peers, and take the lead in guiding junior engineers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field with strong development skills are also welcome
• 5+ years solid experience in C# / C++ / Java
• Strong grasp of OOP, SDLC, and software architecture best practices
• Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player
• Proven leadership & mentoring experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Placement will be determined based on your preferred location: Salatiga, Semarang, or Bandung.
