Senior Software Engineer - Eximbills

The organization is in the process of implementing Eximbills Enterprise Version 6.

The implementation is planned as a multi-phase program, with modules being introduced sequentially across three phases, and is expected to span more than two years.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and custom functionalities based on business requirements provided by the bank.

Expected work includes:

• Building customizations and extensions within Eximbills Enterprise using the Toolkit framework.
• Developing reports using BIRT.
• Developing integrations between Eximbills Enterprise and other internal or external systems.
• Supporting testing, deployment, and post-release activities as required.

In addition to development responsibilities, this role is expected to provide knowledge transfer, guidance, and training to the bank's technology team, as the bank currently has limited in-house expertise in Eximbills Enterprise development and configuration.

The incumbent will work as an integrated member of the bank's Technology Team and participate in day-to-day project activities. Specific tasks and priorities will be defined and managed collaboratively with the bank's stakeholders through close and ongoing communication.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development and system implementation.
• Experience with Eximbills Enterprise.
• Experience with BIRT report development.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with SDLC, QA, UAT, and production deployment processes.
• Experience with API, web services, and system integration development.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
