Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior C++, Qt Developer to join our
dynamic development team in Bangalore. As a C++ Developer, you will play a key role in
designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and
application logic for advanced medical Device. You will apply your expertise in C++ and
the Qt framework to deliver exceptional user experience while building high-performance,
maintainable code that meets the strict requirements of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain C++ and Qt applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and
other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement complex algorithms and data structures.
- Optimize software performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding
standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring smooth functionality across
platforms.
- Document design and development processes, ensuring clear and concise
communication of technical requirements and solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in C++ and Qt
development.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in C++ development.
- Strong expertise in the Qt framework (Qt Widgets, QML) for developing cross
platform applications.
- Hands on in using following concepts during implementation on Linux
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- design patterns
- Data Structures
- STL
- Multithreading
- gStreamer, Video/Image Processing
- Should be Well versed with multi-threaded asynchronous programming, IPC (Message
Queues, pipes etc.), Events, etc.
- Implement comprehensive Automated unit test cases preferably with Gtest tool for
confirming functionality and the quality of code.
- Experience with debugging using GDB, profiling, and performance optimization
techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Good Understanding of State Machine and UML diagrams
- Work with technical team consisting of UI/UX, DevOps, Testing and Developers to deliver
the features of the product.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with databases, web services, or cloud computing platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
