Requirements
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient to advance in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++, Rust, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on Kubernetes
- Able to implement at minimum of unit testing / TDD approach
- Deep understanding of DB systems (Indexing Normalization/Denormalization)
- Experience implementing Rust is a plus
- Strong understanding of methodologies and algorithms

- Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues that have a significant impact on the company's engineering operations or customer satisfaction
- Create detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and learnings to ensure knowledge is retained and shared across the organization
- Research and implement cutting-edge tools, technologies, or methodologies that enhance McEasy's engineering capabilities
- Effectively collaborate with backend engineers to define, implement, and consume RESTful APIs (or GraphQL endpoints)
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of McEasy's systems and solutions
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
