About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who can own the brand's Instagram and TikTok presence end-to-end — from concept and shoot to edit and publish. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is genuinely embedded in the fitness, HYROX, running, and wellness scene in Bali and Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Plan and run the monthly content calendar for Instagram and TikTok
Produce content end-to-end independently: concept, shoot (photo & video), edit, publish
Write captions in the brand's voice — casual, informative, no overhyped health claims
Manage community engagement: reply to comments and DMs quickly, monitor mentions, and stay active with athletes, ambassadors, partner gyms, and the wider fitness/wellness community
Support brand and content shoots by preparing social-first shot lists and ensuring key content is captured
Report monthly on reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth, with analysis on what worked and why
Track trends and content formats relevant to the audience
Coordinate with sales and operations on launches, promos, and campaigns
Cover events, races, and community activations in the field, occasionally on weekends

Qualifications

2–3 years managing social media for a brand (not personal accounts), with a portfolio or accounts available to review
Strong short-form video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Able to shoot clean product and lifestyle content on a phone
Comfortable using Canva for simple graphics and story assets
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written — both used daily for captions, briefs, and meetings
Willing to work on-site from the Bali office
Organized and able to meet deadlines independently
