Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Role Summary:

We're hiring Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help keep our SaaS platforms reliable, secure, and observable at scale. You'll work hands-on across our AWS environment — Windows and Linux, a monolith alongside microservices on EKS and serverless apps — improving observability, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud networking, and strengthening our security and compliance posture (including CIS hardening). It's a role for a hands-on engineer in a fast-paced, secure and compliance-oriented environment who enjoys both building automation and keeping production healthy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in AWS services including EKS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, and Route 53.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/Pulumi, observability tools, and cloud networking.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Experience managing Windows/Linux environments and IIS.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS applications across EKS, serverless, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Build observability and monitoring solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and New Relic.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform/Pulumi and drive CI/CD excellence.
• Optimize cloud performance, cost, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot AWS networking, infrastructure, and production incidents.
