We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead the organic search strategy for KClub Group (Hospitality) and Villa Bali Sale (Property). This role is responsible for increasing organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and generating business growth through effective SEO strategies while reducing reliance on paid acquisition channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, analytics, and AI search optimization (AEO). They will work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure both brands achieve sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for both KClub Group and Villa Bali Sale websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new organic growth opportunities.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements, including site speed, indexing, crawlability, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Lead Local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, review management, and Map Pack visibility.
  • Develop content strategies and prepare SEO briefs for writers and content creators.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
  • Analyze SEO performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations based on traffic, rankings, conversions, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage external SEO freelancers or agencies when required.
  • Coordinate SEO initiatives with paid search and digital marketing activities to maximize overall marketing performance.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and implement AI Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO with proven business results.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic traffic, search rankings, lead generation, or revenue through SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Local SEO.
  • Experience developing SEO content strategies and managing content production.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
  • Understanding of website performance optimization, indexing, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing freelancers or agencies is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism, real estate, or property industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-powered search trends is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
