Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of professional experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Engineering, Security Operations, or other related fields relevant to the Company's requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or another related discipline.
- Must have industry-recognized Advanced/Senior-level IT Security certification or an equivalent certification, such as:
1) Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP)
2) GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)
3) GIAC Cloud Penetration Tester (GCPN)
4) GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
5) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
6) Other equivalent industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Information Security Architecture, including network security, application security, cloud security, endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability management, threat intelligence, digital forensics, and incident response.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
- Capable of leading and executing cybersecurity incident response, digital forensic investigations, threat hunting, penetration testing, security assessments, security architecture reviews, and the implementation of advanced security controls in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internationally recognized cybersecurity standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform root cause analysis, develop risk mitigation strategies, prepare executive and technical reports, and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture.
- Possess strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and lead cybersecurity projects effectively.
