Senior Section Head Operation Non-DKI

Job Description:

• Analyze and propose improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality in Motor Vehicle Insurance operations.
• Execute and monitor improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with performance KPIs.
• Supervise and control all operational activities, including complaint handling, to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of 30 people, consisting of Coordinators and Surveyors across branch locations.
• Monitor and improve service delivery and processes in alignment with operational KPIs for Motor Vehicle Insurance services.
• Provide operational support at theassigned branch location (Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung), ensuring branch performance meets company standards.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar operational function.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung.
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
