Currently, we're looking for Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to help us with:
- Build and maintain test tools/frameworks that we use
- Review system design and technical implementation, make sure its Testability and Readability
- Work closely with engineers and product team to create an awesome solution
- Identify flaws in system implementation, including UX, functionality, reliability, and security.
Requirements
- Understands and has full knowledge of development and testing lifecycle
- Understands and implements code to script test automation scenarios for both UI/API using any of the modern programming languages like Go, Python, Ruby, JS, Node.js, etc
- Has experience and can use open source tools (at least one) for test automation, code repo management [git, bitbucket], build and deploy tools [Jenkins, argoCD], etc
- Has experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using open source tools. eg: selenium, cucumber, appium, etc
- Has knowledge on Databases and Cloud infrastructure and can design and setup a framework under senior's guidance
- Can understand and communicate in English [Proficiency: Mid-level]
- Should be able to mentor junior engineers
Nice To Have
- Good communication both verbal and non-verbal
- Knowledge about project management tools like Jira
- Knowledge about test automation frameworks like BDD, TDD and virtualization tools like Docker
- Voice out and share newer ideas that can benefit the team, product and individuals
